Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in Lagos. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to clients, researching legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, attending court sessions, and assisting senior partners with case management. The role demands a detailed-oriented approach and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing legal documents
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong Litigation Skills and Practical Experience
- Experience in commercial law practice
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and Law School (BL)
- At least 5 years' post call experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well independently and in a team
