ABOUT THE FIRM:

Startup Legal Consulting is a modern Lagos-based law firm focused exclusively on helping Nigerian entrepreneurs and startup founders build legally protected businesses. We work with early-stage companies on everything from incorporation and contracts to trademarks and compliance. We don't do vague legal opinions. We deliver clear, practical legal protection. We operate with structure, systems, and a high standard of client service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Advise startup founders on legal structure, compliance, and business documentation

• Draft and review commercial contracts independently

• Handle company incorporation and CAC compliance filings

• Guide clients on IP protection: Trademarks, Copyright, Industrial Design, Patent.

• Provide litigation support on commercial and civil matters

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF:

• You are 4–5 years post-call with real startup, SME, or corporate advisory experience

• You can draft a solid commercial contract without being held by the hand

• You are organised, deadline-aware, and your work reflects a high standard

• You prefer a structured, focused environment over a chaotic one

• You want to grow with a firm, not just collect a salary
