Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions).
  • Support execution of capital market and structured finance transactions, including debt and equity deals.
  • Prepare transaction documentation such as pitch books, proposals, term sheets, and information memoranda.
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research to support advisory mandates.
  • Support due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing fundraising and investment materials for clients.
  • Support deal origination and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and market stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and proposal submissions.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support senior team members in executing advisory transactions and special projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple engagements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or capital markets.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
  • Experience in capital markets and structured finance (debt, bonds, commercial papers, equity).
  • Strong understanding of due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
