Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to grow sources of income for the business, primarily from student registrations. This role aims to increase Harley Reed’s revenues by maximising conversion and retention of students and building the Harley Reed brand by delivering excellent service throughout the enquiry management process. This role is key to increasing the monthly revenue stream for the Nigeria operations by logging all enquiries into the CRM System (HubSpot), responding to enquiries, following through on any additional questions or information sought and converting new enquiries into registrations, such that these students make Harley Reed Nigeria their professional development centre of choice. Customer satisfaction increases the rate of retention of current students, and by word of mouth, the potential for signing up new students. Communication with students is a key enabler leading to higher levels of satisfaction, and an effective way of supporting students to achieve a higher pass rate. Effectively following the Enquiry Management Process and using the CRM System are an integral part of this role.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospective student enquiries.
  • Identify and respond to enquiries within 3 working hours of receipt. Enquiries from prospective learners are received by email, the website, telephonically or from walk-in students.
  • Log all enquiries on HubSpot within 3 working hours of receipt, ensuring a clear audit trail has been compiled and the status is current.
  • Raise an estimate using the relevant format and ensure estimates are accurately prepared and distributed to enquirers within 3hours of request.
  • Provide prospective students with the highest level of customer service through effective phone, email and face-to-face communication.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with each enquirer and colleagues.
  • Discuss study options with enquirers ensuring the most appropriate option is selected.
  • Ensure that all interested students are contacted for marketing purposes and that follow ups are maintained.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports on activity, statuses and challenges. Convert the enquirers and secure the sale by ensuring that the student is registered into the relevant system.
  • Liaise with Accounts until the completion of registration.
  • Recognize the opportunity to up-sell/cross-sell into organizations based on existing students and enquirers.
  • Issue materials associated with the course registered form.
  • Work alongside the Brand Ambassador Coordinator where support is required to attend school visits, career expos and roadshows.
  • Meet activity and registration targets set.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of Harley Reed’s ethos, organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that you are fully aware of the functionality of the various systems and tools as required – specifically HubSpot, the LMS, BPP, ECR portal and ILX portal.
  • Ensure that you fully understand the details of the Harley Reed portfolio of qualifications, skills courses, ongoing promotions and time tables.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with working experience in marketing and client relationship fields.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizing and planning skills.
  • Negotiation, persuasion and conflict management skills. Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects.

  • Good IT skills and knowledge in the use of MS Office tools
