The Role:
It's a hands-on, not desk-only role. You'll design, prototype, assemble, test, and troubleshoot real electronics products that will go into millions of Nigerian homes.

What You'll Do:
🔹 Design circuits using Altium, Proteus, Eagle, or similar
🔹 Program Arduino, ESP32 & PIC microcontrollers
🔹 Create PCB schematics, layouts & BOMs
🔹 Build & test prototypes (battery life, motor control, charging systems, etc.)
🔹 Troubleshoot hardware & implement design improvements
🔹 Source electronic components locally & internationally
🔹 Perform quality control & document technical specs

What You Bring:
✔ B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related)
✔ 2–5+ years hands-on experience in hardware design & manufacturing
✔ Strong knowledge of analogue/digital circuit design, power electronics, BMS, solar charging, IoT & voice modules.
✔ Proven experience with Arduino, ESP 32 & PIC microcontrollers.
✔ Proficiency in Altium, Proteus, Eagle, KiCad, or similar.
✔ Excellent soldering, assembly, and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Ability to read & understand circuit schematics & datasheets.
✔ Good English communication skills.
