Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for certain operational administrative tasks, providing advice on corporate governance and cooperate restructuring, and performing internal platform assessments. 
  • Obtain accurate information and instructions from clients, analyze the legal and practical aspects of their cases, and obtain the necessary documents/evidence to provide preliminary advice. 
  • Preparing and maintaining legal documents and correspondence, and filing motions. Ability to work with initiative, maintaining a flexible and responsible approach.
  • Assist in coordinating, deepening, and projecting the firm's commercial practice which includes market capital and publication of legal materials. 
  • Accept and discharge tasks, assignments, or secondment to any special projects or entity we work for in furtherance of the firm's practice. 
  • Writing, reviewing, and editing meetings and giving reports. 
  • Conduct legal studies, and in-depth research into specific topics, edit or produce learned articles, papers, and materials, for the firm's publication, presentation, and circulation.
  •  Handle all administrative responsibilities as may be assigned to you.  



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience.
  • Competent writing and communication skills.
  • Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Decision making.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
