Job Summary
We’re seeking a Creative Assistant to serve as Upload Manager & Story Enhancement Lead. You’ll manage video publishing across platforms while identifying moments to enhance stories with AI visuals or inserts, inspired by creators like Ray Williams. Ideal for a tech-savvy, curious creative with sharp storytelling instincts. This role offers hands-on experience managing a real content pipeline while also allowing you to sharpen your creative eye. You’ll learn how digital media projects are distributed, tracked, and enhanced—gaining insight into the intersection of storytelling and AI-powered creativity. You’ll also enjoy residential accommodation, mentorship, and financial support while learning and contributing to an impactful media project.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage uploads of all long-form and short-form videos across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure all metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) are correctly formatted for SEO and discoverability.
- Review edited videos and note timestamps where story or message impact can be enhanced.
- Suggest ideas for AI-powered reenactments, motion inserts, or visual dramatizations to improve narrative flow.
- Maintain a structured publishing calendar, ensuring videos are released on time.
- Track upload progress and report daily status to the team lead.
- Collaborate closely with the video editor to align enhancements with the creative direction.
- Ensure content meets platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, duration, and resolution).
- Document ideas and enhancement notes in shared templates for team review.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with major platforms (YouTube Studio, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Creator Studio).
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Interest or experience with AI storytelling tools (e.g., Pika, Runway, Kaiber, Midjourney) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic research ability to identify visual enhancement trends.
- Attention to detail and consistency in tracking uploads.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to creative tools.
This position is part of a youth-focused creative development program, open to candidates aged 25 or younger.
