Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

Store Operations:

• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and brand presentation standards
• Assist with daily cash reconciliation and operational reporting
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Team Leadership:

• Support staff scheduling and attendance tracking
• Supervise stylists during service delivery and manage daily workflow
• Manage team dynamics professionally and escalate issues appropriately
• Support performance management processes in collaboration with senior management.

Customer Experience & Sales:

• Deliver a consistently premium client experience
• Support bookings, check-ins, and smooth client flow
• Drive service and retail sales through strong product and service knowledge
• Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally.

POS, Inventory & Administration:

• Process sales and bookings using POS systems (Wix POS experience is an advantage)
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock checks, and consumables monitoring
• Support weekly operational reports and administrative documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service management
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Confident supervising experienced teams
• Tech-savvy with POS WIX
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or nearby areas
• Gender: Female.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Sunday (store hours apply)
• Mondays off
• Availability required
