We are seeking to hire for the role of Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in supervising staff and coordinating daily workflow
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving client issues professionally
- Monitoring inventory and reporting shortages and store needs
- Enforcing store hygiene, appearance, and operational standards
- Overseeing appointments, walk-ins, and the client experience
- Stepping in as acting manager when needed and representing the store to clients and stakeholders when delegated
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, salon, or hospitality
- Professional, polished & trustworthy
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Proactive & team-oriented
- Previous customer-facing experience in a luxury environment
