- Provide listings of available properties and arrange site tours.
- Profile clients and customize adequate solutions.
- Advise buyers on acceptable price ranges and get them to deal.
- Perform regular comparative market analysis.
- Ensure excellent post-sale service delivery.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills to relate with buyers from all backgrounds (a good command of spoken/written English is key).
- Good negotiators help buyers and sellers agree on terms.
- Good knowledge of the property market.
- Strong marketing and persuasive skills.
- Good presenters, smart and resilient.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suites.
- Experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales in Lagos.
- Innovative and Confident.
- Vast Network and contacts.
- Minimum BSc/MSc.
- 4 years of experience.
