Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily freight forwarding and haulage operations.
- Monitor truck, container, and cargo movement from pickup to delivery.
- Coordinate drivers, dispatch officers, fleet personnel, and operational staff.
- Follow up on shipping lines, terminals, ports, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Monitor job orders and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
- Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with Company policies and SOPs.
- Provide customers with updates and resolve operational issues and complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor operational expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, safety compliance, and incident reporting.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
