Responsibilities:
- Support daily office administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support in maintaining proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other administrative correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement of administrative materials.
- Support in maintaining the branch office calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, site visits, events and managing meeting room bookings.
- Support management with travel arrangements and logistics where required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Support in coordinating visitors and maintaining a professional office environment
- Monitor office facilities and ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality.
- Support liaising with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office-related services.
- Keep records of office assets and equipment
- Support compliance with company administrative procedures and policies.
- Support in preparing periodic administrative reports as required.
- Support internal audits and documentation reviews where applicable.
- Provide administrative support for departments and employees.
- Assist in onboarding logistics for new employees.
- Support in coordinating staff welfare and office-related activities, where assigned
- Provide document control support, coordinate administrative project activities, and track assigned deadlines
- Support marketing efforts for updating websites and social media, where assigned
- Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager
Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
