Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pump attendants.
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and service standards.
- Monitor fuel dispensing and inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the station.
- Enforce staff discipline, scheduling, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and reporting systems is an advantage.
