Responsibilities:
- Support front office leadership and ensure smooth shifts and effective guest service.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of front office experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Opera PMS and shift management
- Guest recovery and cash controls
- Room inventory and upselling.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Leadership and service orientation,
- Problem solving and communication.
Location: Owerri
Remuneration: NGN150,000 - 200,000 Monthly
