Job Description/Requirements
Location: Ogun State, Nigeria
We are a reputable large-scale semi-automated poultry farm seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to support farm operations and team coordination at our facility in Ogun State, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Farm Manager with daily oversight of farm operations
- Supervise farm attendants and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently
- Monitor bird health, production performance, and farm hygiene standards
- Track inventory of feed, vaccines, and farm supplies, and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols and farm safety procedures
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required
- Coordinate routine farm activities and step in to manage operations in the absence of the Farm Manager

Requirements
- Strong understanding of poultry farm operations (layers or broilers)
- Ability to supervise and coordinate farm workers
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physical and mental stamina required for farm work
- Must be able to work in a structured, fast-paced farm environment
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in poultry farm management or supervisory role
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
