Assistant Facility Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a reliable Assistant Facility Manager (preferably with a civil engineering background) to manage the maintenance and smooth operation of our retail superstore facilities.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and daily facility operations.
- Supervise contractors and service providers.
- Support store layout upgrades, construction, and renovation works.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and improve facility efficiency and functionality (HVAC systems inclusive).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or related field.
- 4–5 years relevant experience, preferably in retail or commercial facilities.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and facility systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
