Job summary
BBF is seeking a reliable and skilled cook to prepare fresh, high-quality breakfast meals, including akara, pap, and fries, in line with our food standards. The cook will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring all meals are served fresh, hot, and on time. Responsibilities:
- Prepare Akara, Pap, and Fries according to BBF standards
- Ensure all food is cooked fresh daily and served hot
- Measure ingredients correctly to maintain taste and portion control
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking area
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times
- Manage cooking schedule to meet peak breakfast demand
- Report low stock of ingredients and assist with inventory checks
- Work efficiently to reduce waste and avoid food spoilage
- Support smooth daily kitchen operations
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE.
- A minimum of 0-1 year of experience.
Work Schedule:
Working hours: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
Working days: Monday – Sunday (with assigned off days)
