We are looking for a skilled and reliable Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure efficient service delivery.

- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met

- Support inventory management and stock control
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Chef, Line Cook, or similar role
- Basic to intermediate culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Culinary training is an added advantage
