Assessor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier and contractor assessments, audits, and evaluations across relevant operational areas.
• Assess organizations against applicable ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant industry standards.
• Review company documentation, management systems, processes, procedures, and operational records.
• Identify areas of non-compliance, operational gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment reports detailing findings, observations, non-conformities, and recommendations.
• Participate in site visits, interviews, inspections, and verification activities as required.
• Engage with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to clarify findings and obtain supporting evidence.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure all findings are properly documented and supported by evidence.
• Provide professional recommendations to improve supplier quality, HSE performance, and management systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional independence throughout the assessment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Engineering, Sciences, Quality Management, HSE, or a relevant discipline.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is required.
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification is required.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification is required, or equivalent internationally recognized certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in oil and gas supplier assessment, auditing, quality management, or related consultancy services.
• Strong understanding of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting supplier, contractor, or third-party assessments within the oil and gas sector.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate technical and documentary evidence objectively.
• Must demonstrate high professional integrity, independence, and confidentiality.
