Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (technical training is an advantage).
- Proven experience as an asphalt paver operator.
- Ability to operate different types of asphalt paving machines.
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and road construction processes.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of paving equipment.
- Good physical condition and coordination.
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
