Responsibilities:
- Operating milling and recycling equipment used to remove, reclaim, and recycle existing asphalt pavement.
- Ensures accurate depth control, surface preparation, and efficient material recovery in line with project specifications and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (technical training is an advantage).
- Proven experience operating asphalt milling or recycling machines.
- Knowledge of road construction and pavement rehabilitation processes.
- Ability to control and adjust machine settings for precision work.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors.
- Willingness to work long hours and travel to project sites.
