Job summary
As the Art Director, you oversee the creation and implementation process for visual designs in advertising and print. You understand the company’s goals and expectations and direct the team to create visually appealing pieces that fit the style.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and relevant stakeholders to identify the goals and needs for the project
- Establish the budget and timeline for the campaign
- Determine the overall artistic vision and tone to help select the right visuals
- Choose the visual elements for the project, which may include photos, art, video, and other media
- Create layouts and designs for print publications such as magazines and books
- Direct the creation of artwork used on websites and other online media
- Present the designs to the clients and direct changes as needed to satisfy the clients’ preferences
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 4-5 years’ proven work experience, with at least 1year in a Senior Management function.
- Ability to develop forward-thinking creative ideas and designs for a wide range of marketing
- asset types, designed to drive customer acquisition/retention and deepen audience engagement.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite of products and add-ons
- Strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretion
