Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of Branch Managers and field teams within the assigned area.
Drive loan portfolio growth and savings mobilization across branches.
Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
Ensure compliance with credit policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor loan repayment performance and implement strategies to reduce Portfolio at Risk (PAR).
Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to branch staff.
Investigate operational issues, fraud, and policy violations where necessary.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and risk reports to Management.
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI), with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of microfinance operations, credit administration, and risk management.
Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
