Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for an Architectural Designer. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing creative architectural designs, preparing detailed construction and technical drawings, collaborating with project teams, and incorporating urban planning principles. The role includes working closely with clients to refine concepts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and translating design visions into buildable projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, with the ability to create innovative and functional architectural designs
- Expertise in Construction Drawings and technical documentation
- Strong skills in Drawing and architectural visualization
- Knowledge and application of Urban Planning principles
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into comprehensive plans
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certification or affiliation with architectural organizations is an advantage
