- Conceptual Design: Translate business goals into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare documentation packages for planning authorities (e.g., LASPPPA in Lagos) and ensure all designs comply with building codes and zoning laws.
- Project Coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, MEP consultants, and general contractors to guarantee design integration across all disciplines.
- Feasibility & Analysis: Conduct site analysis and preliminary cost estimation to evaluate the profitability of potential real estate acquisitions.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards and timelines are strictly met.
- Documentation: Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and manage the permit and approval processes.
- Manage: Project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
