Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects through all design and construction phases
• Provide design leadership and strategic direction across multiple projects
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior architects and design staff
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and professional standards
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress and quality
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Represent the company in client meetings and professional engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Professional architectural certification/license (ARCON AND NIA) (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
• Must pass a background check, which includes: Drug test, serology test, Residential visit, CV check, provide guarantors and referees

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in [commercial / residential / mixed-use / sustainable design] projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards
