Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs for buildings.
- Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Work with project managers to translate client requirements into functional designs.
- Supervise architectural aspects of construction from concept to completion.
- Ensure design compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and design implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers, QS, and contractors to resolve design challenges.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-NYSC experience in architectural design and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos State building codes and approval processes.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- ARCON certification is an added advantage.
