Job summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support the design, presentation, and documentation of residential and real estate development projects. The successful candidate will prepare architectural drawings, develop 3D models and visual presentations, and assist with project approvals, and technical documentation.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and design concepts.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and project presentations.
- Produce clear visual materials for clients, management, and marketing purposes.
- Revise drawings and designs based on project requirements and feedback.
- Assist with approval drawings, planning submissions, and project documentation.
- Organise and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and project files.
- Work with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and relevant building standards.
- An eye for interior decoration
- Assist with preparing project proposals and presentation materials.
Requirements:
- Serving NYSC member or recent graduate with a degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Must be proficient in SketchUp and other 3D modelling or rendering tools.
- The candidate should understand architectural drawings, design development, project documentation, and presentation.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
