Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural plans, sections and elevations using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar software.
• Produce 3D models, renders and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings coordinated with structural, MEP and QS requirements.
• Support planning applications, regulatory approvals and statutory submissions.
• Attend site inspections and document observations, construction issues and recommendations.
• Respond to technical and design queries from contractors and consultants.
• Review construction work on site to ensure alignment with approved architectural designs.
• Maintain accurate drawing registers, project files and revision records.
• Identify design and construction issues early and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Contribute architectural solutions that reflect CTL Atlantis' focus on sustainable and eco-friendly development.
• ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, Quantity Surveyor, engineers and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experience in architectural practice, construction or property development.
• Registered with ARCON or actively working towards professional registration.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design and technical competence.
• Good understanding of Nigerian building regulations, planning requirements and construction standards.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with project teams.
• Willingness to attend construction sites regularly.
• Interest in sustainable architecture, eco-friendly materials and green building practices.
