About The Job
We are looking to hire the service of an architect with proven experience in the design, working drawings, and construction documentation of modern luxury residential homes and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concept designs, working drawings, and construction documentation for residential and commercial buildings.
Handle projects from concept to construction, delivering architectural drawings, working drawings, and interior layouts while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Design aesthetically compelling and functional interior spaces tailored to user needs.
Supervise and coordinate on-site implementation of interior and architectural details to ensure design intent is met.
Collaborate with project teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
Develop and present 3D models, mood boards, and material palettes for both architectural and interior schemes.
Review and select materials, finishes, fittings, and fixtures in line with project objectives.
Ensure all designs comply with regulatory codes, health and safety standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Conduct site inspections and resolve design or construction issues on-site in real time.
Maintain project schedules and contribute to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; certification or coursework in Interior Design is an added advantage.
3+ years post-NYSC experience working in architecture and interior design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of rendering tools like Enscape or V-Ray is a plus.
Solid understanding of construction detailing, joinery, spatial planning, and interior finishes.
Demonstrated experience in preparing construction drawings and supervising site implementation.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
A compelling portfolio that reflects versatility in architectural and interior design projects.
