Responsibilities:
- Leads a project from concept to final delivery, ensuring the aesthetic and functional vision aligns with client goals and budget limits.
- Focuses on master building plans, analyzing site conditions, and establishing the overall scope of new constructions or large-scale renovations.
- Manages high-end interior fit-outs, material approvals, and structural finishes (like marble, partitions, and bespoke joinery) to ensure flawless building handovers.
- Specializes in construction documents, ensuring that drawings are compliant with building codes and integrated with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- A licensed architect with a valid professional registration is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
