Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and manage APIs using Google Apigee.
- Develop API proxies, shared flows, policies, and reusable API components.
- Implement API security, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and traffic management.
- Integrate APIs with backend systems, databases, and third-party services.
- Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve integration problems.
- Implement API versioning, lifecycle management, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and other technical teams.
- Develop and maintain API documentation and technical specifications.
- Support API testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Apigee API Management.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, HTTP, and API security.
- Experience with JavaScript, Java, or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
