Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as vegetables, butchering meat or preparing sauces
- Cook food according to recipes or personal judgement, ensuring quality and consistency
- Monitor Food stock and place orders when needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Clean and sanitized work areas, equipment and utensils to maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Follow Food safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of customers and staffs
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely preparation
- Assist in menu Planning and special event preparation as neededÂ
