Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Accurately bend and shape aluminium profiles according to drawings, measurements and specifications.
- Consistently produce clean, precise and properly aligned bends that meet required quality standards.
- Complete assigned bending jobs within agreed production timelines.
- Minimize material wastage, rework and damage during production.
- Correctly interpret measurements, dimensions and basic technical drawings.
- Inspect finished work and identify defects before handing over to the next production stage.
- Properly operate and care for bending machines, tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
- Work effectively with fabricators, installers, supervisors and other production staff.
- Follow all company safety, quality and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in aluminium bending/fabrication is required.
- Ability to work with aluminium profiles and bending equipment.
- Good understanding of measurements and dimensions.
- Ability to follow technical instructions/drawings.
- Attention to detail and good finishing ability.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
- Reliable, disciplined and willing to learn
