Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain AI models and automated workflows.
- Track AI system performance and identify operational issues.
- Coordinate AI model deployment and version control.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.
- Troubleshoot AI-related operational incidents.
- Document AI processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance AI efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data operations.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of AI model lifecycle and MLOps concepts.
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards.
