Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos (10–60 seconds) based on provided scripts
- Execute edits using clear structural logic, including: Conflict - Reaction - Escalation
- Apply correct pacing, rhythm, and emotional flow to raise views
- Follow the Director and Creative Lab instructions with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain clean, organized project files and proper version control
- Deliver revisions efficiently and accept feedback professionally
- Meet deadlines reliably in a fast-paced production environment
- Raise workflow speed through use of AI tools: CapCut AI (subtitles, rough cuts), ChatGPT (basic prompts, script polishing), and Runway/Pika (simple AI B-roll or test shots)
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional video editing experience
- Proven background in Commercial / TVC / Advertising projects
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Excellent sense of commercial-grade pacing, timing, and rhythm
- Highly organized with a disciplined workflow and file management approach
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily editing tasks
