Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
AI Strategy and Automation:
- Identify business areas where AI can improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Build and manage AI workflows to automate lead generation, customer service, reporting, and operations
- Integrate AI tools with CRM, website, WhatsApp, email, and other business platforms
AI Content and Marketing:
- Use AI tools to generate, edit, and repurpose content for social media, website, ads, and email campaigns
- Create scripts, captions, property descriptions, and marketing copy using AI
- Produce AI-generated videos, images, and graphics for marketing
Data and Innovation:
- Analyze company data to provide insights and recommendations using AI
- Research, test, and implement new AI tools and technologies
- Train staff on how to use AI tools to improve productivity
Performance and Support:
- Monitor performance of AI systems and campaigns and optimize results
- Ensure AI outputs maintain brand voice and quality standards
- Provide technical support for AI-related tools within the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with AI tools and automation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, HeyGen, Zapier, Make, LangChain
- Experience with CRM, APIs, and workflow automation platforms is an advantage
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI content creation
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Portfolio of AI projects, automations, or AI-generated content
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and creative skills
- Must be a resident of Abuja
- Tech-savvy, innovative, and a fast learner
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and training skills
