Responsibilities:
- Design AI-powered automation workflows.
- Develop intelligent process automation solutions.
- Integrate AI models with business applications.
- Build chatbot and virtual assistant workflows.
- Optimize automation performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and technical specifications.
- Test and troubleshoot automation solutions.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of automation or AI implementation experience.
- Experience with Python and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or UiPath.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
