- Experience in managing and supervising farming operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field
- Experience in the vegetable farming industry is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
