Affiliate Manager-Sports Betting

 Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Performance: Develop, implement, and manage the overall affiliate marketing strategy to increase player sign-ups and revenue within budget.
  
• Affiliate Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and strategic partners globally. Nurture strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.
  
• Negotiation & Optimisation: Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and run targeted campaigns, promotions, and bonuses to maximise affiliate engagement and ROI.
  
• Monitoring & Analysis: Constantly monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance data (KPIs), and take proactive steps to optimise underperforming accounts and scale successful initiatives.
  
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities and promotional materials adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and brand standards within the sports betting industry.
  
• Reporting: Prepare regular, detailed reports on affiliate programme performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends for senior management.
  
• Tools & Systems: Utilise affiliate tracking software and reporting tools effectively to manage the programme.

Requirements:

•  Minimum of 7 years' experience in Sports Betting Industry out of which  2-3 years of successful experience as an Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Executive, or similar role specifically within the sports betting, online casino, or iGaming sector, is non-negotiable.
• Deep understanding of the sports betting market, player acquisition models, and affiliate payment structures (PA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• A self-starter who is results-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong Communication skill,
