We are a fast-growing company expanding our footprint across Africa. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking dynamic, results-driven Affiliate Managers in the countries listed above to expand and manage our affiliate network.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and optimising affiliate partnerships that drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to attract new partners and boost performance.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in the local market.

• Manage relationships with existing affiliates to maximise their performance and loyalty.

• Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance data, and optimise campaigns to improve ROI.

• Ensure affiliates adhere to brand and compliance guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with company goals.

• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital marketing — preferably within the betting, gaming, or fintech industry.

• Proven track record of recruiting and managing high-performing affiliates.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking

• Excellent understanding of online marketing channels and conversion optimisation.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Must be familiar with the local market dynamics in these countries.
