To effectively manage and mitigate the legal risks faced by Group Functions such as IT, Procurement, Human Capital and the Real Estate Teams by providing value added legal advisory services to the business and to implement adequate controls cascading down from the Head BCB & GF. To support the Group Functions business in operationalizing and aligning its strategy and contracting process.
Minimum QualificationsType of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Law
3-5 years corporate legal experience preferably on an in-house legal team, preferably related to technology transactions, Procurement support experience including but not limited to direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding, and contractual dispute resolution. Experience negotiating directly with opposing counsel regarding contract terms and conditions.
