The Ads & Funnel Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns and sales funnels to generate qualified leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- Structure campaigns, audiences, and budgets for optimal performance
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and revenue targets
Campaign Optimization & Scaling:
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly
- Continuously test creatives, messaging, targeting, and offers to improve results
Website & Funnel Optimization:
- Build & optimize landing pages and product pages to improve conversion rates
- Identify and fix drop-offs across the customer journey
- Ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and offers
- Work with relevant teams to improve overall funnel performance
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Improve website visibility through search engine optimization
- Optimize product pages and content for relevant keywords
- Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic.
Data, Analytics & Tracking:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytical tools
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager)
- Maintain data accuracy for performance evaluation and decision-making
- Translate data into actionable insights
Creative Collaboration:
- Work with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Provide data-driven feedback to improve visuals, messaging, and copy
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all paid campaigns
Budget & Spend Management:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently
- Distribute spend across platforms based on performance
- Monitor cost efficiency and adjust budgets in real time
- Support scaling efforts while maintaining profitability
Market Research & Growth Opportunities:
- Monitor industry trends
- Stay updated on platform changes and best practices
- Identify new channels and opportunities for customer acquisition
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
