Job summary
A logistics company in Lagos is urgently hiring an Admin Assistant to support daily office and dispatch operations. You’ll be the backbone of the team – handling calls, paperwork, and making sure orders move smoothly.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from clients professionally
- Book and track customer deliveries; update dispatch riders/drivers
- Prepare waybills, invoices, and basic daily reports
- Maintain records of deliveries, payments, and customer complaints
- Coordinate between customers, riders, and management
- Manage office files, supplies, and petty cash records
- Follow up on pending orders and give clients timely updates
- Run occasional office errands within the Gbagada/Bariga/Ilupeju axis
Requirements:
- OND/NCE/HND in any field. Fresh graduates can apply
- Must live around Gbagada, Bariga, or Ilupeju for easy commute
- Good with phone calls, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Fast typing, organized, and able to multitask
- Smart, proactive, and honest, you’ll handle client info and cash
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service is a plus
- Available to resume immediately
- Must be flexible and reachable during work hours
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 per month.
