The Administrator will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
