Job summary

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Administrative & Communications Officer to provide administrative support, manage office operations, and enhance the company's online visibility through content creation and social media engagement.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support across various company projects and operations.
  • Create engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
  • Participate in video content and promotional activities; candidates must not be camera shy.
  • Manage social media pages and help increase the company's online presence and brand awareness.
  • Capture and share company activities, events, projects, and updates across digital platforms.
  • Support other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years administrative or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and confidence when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Candidates residing in or around Oniru, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and nearby locations will be given preference.
