Job Title: Admin & Services Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Direct Reports: Services Manager
Supervises: Cleaners, Pool Drivers, and Admin Assistants
Job Summary
We seek an experienced Admin & Services Officer to join our team, providing administrative support, managing logistics, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks, including stationery supply and meeting room management
• Supervise office staff, including Cleaners, Drivers, and Admin Assistants
• Maintain records of Company Assets and office equipment
• Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and Partners
• Manage logistics and driver workload
• Liaise with vendors for best-in-class service offerings
• Prepare documents and manage petty cash
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any subject
• Minimum 4 years' work experience in Office Admin, Services, or Customer Services
• Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in travel management and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
