Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations,
- Supporting management activities,
- Coordinating departmental functions
- Ensuring smooth organizational processes.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- 5–10 years post-NYSC experience in administrative, operational, or managerial roles
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Membership or certification with a recognized professional body (e.g., NIM, CIPM, or relevant Administrative/Management institute)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in office management, records/document control, and logistics coordination
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures, workflow optimization, and internal control
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and manage confidential information
- Sound knowledge of workplace ethics, compliance, and corporate governance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
