- Executive Calendar & Schedule Management: Organizes appointments, prioritizes meetings, and manages daily executive activities.
- Communication Management: Drafts emails and official documents, screens calls, and serves as liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up: Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes, and tracks action items.
- Travel & Logistics Planning: Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and processes related expenses.
- Administrative & Office Support: Maintains data records, manages documentation systems, and oversees office administrative processes.
- Project & Reporting Support: Assists with executive projects, compiles reports, and tracks deadlines and deliverables.
- Confidential & Stakeholder Management: Handles sensitive information discreetly and supports interactions with clients, partners, and senior management.
- Property Management and Follow-Up: Property management, follow-up on maintenance and others
- Plan and Execute the Business Plan: Formulate business plans, create a pathway for execution
- Add the New Blueprint: Implement the new blueprint of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
