Job summary
We are seeking a highly competent, organized, and proactive Administrative / Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management while ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day office activities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including managing executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Manage correspondence, reports, memos, and internal communications on behalf of management.
- Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on internal requisitions and documentation.
- Manage social media account, email, and business follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant to senior management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
